Winter 2018/19 Final Round Up

Winter Series 2018/19 done!

Massive thanks to all who came to the final round yesterday and to those who have supported us throughout the series. It goes without saying that the club simply wouldn't exist without you guys.

We are always looking for new faces to get involved in the hobby so if you have any friends who you think might like to give it a go, spread the word.

We have had good numbers for each round, helped by the, at times crazily good weather for blighty in the winter. I think more than half the races have been mini pins days!

Going into the final round the top 3 positions were decided but not which order so there was everything to race for. All 3 finals were great but the best race of the day I would say was the B final where the top 3 of Mark Harding, Simon Asquith and Dean Hovell were only seconds apart for most of the race and exchanged the lead a number of times. In the end Mark took the bump up with a sweet overtake in the air!

The summer series starts in 2 weeks time on Sunday 7th April. The dates for the subsequent rounds are on the website and also FB events on this page.
